Development
The Diocese of Greensburg’s two Catholic high schools and 15 Catholic elementary schools maximize the potential of each student by providing excellent educational environments for the formation of faith and academic achievement and safe and caring environments focused on the beliefs of the Catholic faith. Working in concert with parents and guardians to prepare students for a lifelong journey of faith, Catholic schools challenge them to develop their spirituality based on Gospel values, while ensuring academic mastery, spirit of justice and community service with a global perspective that will give their lives passion and purpose.
Joseph G. Klocek, director of Advancement for Catholic Schools, recently joined the diocese to coordinate the development efforts for Catholic schools. The development program strives to gain participation and establish relationships with alumni, students, friends, family and the business community to advance the stability and future growth of Catholic schools in the diocese.
